ISTC由国际商业机器有限公司（IBM）与中国长城计算机集团于2004年12月12日正式签署成立。ISTC总部位于深圳科技园，同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地。由IBM中国采购中心提供相关采购支持。其中IBM占80%股份，长城计算机集团占20%股份。

ISTC拥有2000多名员工，是IBM定单管理和生产制造的战略基地，产品涉足x系列服务器p系列服务器和零售系统解决方案。对于多品牌的实施，IBM希望我们致力于协同合作、资源整合，不断提高客户满意度和产品质量。ISTC也确实正在经历着史无前例的全球化冲击和全球协作，并同时也在证明着自己迎接挑战和走向成功的信心和能力。这样的使命和机遇要求我们秉承创新、改变和持续改进的理念！

ISTC, International Systems Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2004, with 80% of shareholdings owned by IBM and 20% by Great Wall. It is headquartered in the Science and Industry Park of Shenzhen, with procurement support from IBM China Procurement Center. ISTC also has export manufacturing base with an area of more than 40,000 square meters in the Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone.

ISTC has more than 2000 employees and it is the strategic fulfillment and manufacturing site for System x, System p and RSS in IBM. By doing multiple brands, IBM expects us to find synergy and efficiency in the process resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and quality. IBM China Procurement Company
IBM采购中国有限公司(CPC)成立于1996年，2004年3月正式注册成为IBM独资子公司。公司总部位于深圳市。
CPC 秉承IBM全球采购体系的使命，以客户和供应商需求为出发点，通过不断优化采购流程及完善采购体系，力求首创世界级随需应变的供应链管理。在端对端的供应链管理中CPC始终致力于成本控制、灵活应变、质量保证和技术更新以实现行业领先的终极目标。CPC拥有一支热忱蓬勃的高素质员工队伍。关怀备至、绩效为本的氛围，增强了企业的凝聚力，将促进员工与企业一起成长。 在此基础上，CPC 将成为 IBM向世界级随需应变的物流供应链转化的强大动力。

IBM China Procurement Company
First established in 1996, and licensed as a 100% IBM owned subsidiary in March, 2004, the IBM China Procurement Company (CPC) is headquartered in Shenzhen.

CPCs mission is consistent with that of IBM Global Procurement, our parent organization to build the worlds first on-demand supply chain requiring optimized processes and integrated systems that extend to customers and suppliers. We will accomplish this by leveraging the skills of our people globally to form a tightly integrated team that achieves industry-leading cost, flexibility, quality, and technology throughout IBMs supply chain, end-to-end.

As China continues to grow in significance and size to IBMs overall supply chain operations, CPCs responsibilities are inherently growing larger. CPC is providing production procurement, general procurement, distribution procurement, market intelligence, and procurement consulting services for IBM on a global basis.
