森科五金（深圳）有限公司成立于2004年5月，是一家专业五金件真空镀膜企业。公司位于深圳市宝安区公明镇石观工业园第七栋，面积6000多平方米。真空镀膜生产线60条。公司采用当今世界最先进的中频学生磁控溅射离子镀膜技术，可对各种金属表面进行镀膜处理。公司以现代金属表面溥膜技术为核心，紧跟真空离子镀膜前沿理论，专注真空离子镀膜设备和工艺技术的开发和研究，紧持走尖端设备和高新技术相结合的道路，现已开发出了适合不同材质表面的真空离子镀膜工艺。主要颜色有IPG、IP黑、IPCr、TiN、ZrN、CrN以及不锈钢、钛金属表面加硬涂层等膜系。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION OF OUR IP （PVD）

IP （Ion plating）, also named PVD （Physical Vapor Deposition）, is an advanced surface finishing technique that involves the transformation of coating material into ion from by evaporation and sputtering. This deposition can from as a coating on a substrate.

APPLICATION:

IPG and IPS are well suited for watch accessories, jewelry, decorative items, eyeglass frame, stationery, cutlery, washroom utility and hardware on any metal such as stainless steel, brass, zinc and aluminum alloy materials.

Plating of TIAICN, TICN, TIAIN on knives, drills and molds can highly increase the life and productivity of production tools.



TECHNIQUES:

Using the technique including “Multi－targets”, “Unbalanced magnetic field”, “Multi－layers” o give maximum protection on metal surface and increase the durability. For different metals and alloys, we use distinctive treatments to resist corrosion and acid.

the pure black color has similar effects of ceramic black；
