职位描述及要求
Manages (maintain, updates and implements new tools) company’s IT Systems both for Management tools and networking tools and as far as both Hardware and Software are concerned.
Grants a prompt resolution to hardware and software problems that the offices may have.
Grants the training of the personnel to the use of new different tools whenever it is requested.
Performs back up of all the sensitive data within the company’s systems.
Manages ITC suppliers (assistance and maintenance contracts, new projects, calls etc.).
Grants the respects of all the laws relevant to the privacy of the employees as far as the IT systems is concerned.
Manages the company’s telephone system.
Proposes hardware and software tools to solve problems and/or to improve all the business process. Once these tools are found he takes care of the purchase, of the installation and implementation.
He grants the respects within the company of all the laws regarding license of the software.
Grants the link between the Headquarter and the branches.
Manages the personnel of his team, granting the professional knowledge is adequate to the jobs.
Generates the procedures and working instructions relevant to the activities of his duty.
Generates the performance indexes of his process.
Creates and controls the budget of his process.
