职位描述及要求
-Provide project leadership to process teams; develops goals, plans and schedules that ensure alignment among processes and decrease lead times
-Provide periodic presentations demonstrating progress toward goals; and meet or exceed the agreed upon Lean performance measures
-Collaborate with the Manager to determine priorities, resource allocation, measurements and goals
-Work with the Manager to determine when to engage company experts and resources outside of the site to solve problems and improve processes
-Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, contractors, and professional associations to keep informed with existing and evolving industry standards and technologies
