职位描述及要求
BUM is the key role to establish and maintain each customer relationship;
Each BUM has the responsibility and authority of the Chief Executive Officer over corporate decisions affecting that individual profit center or Business Unit;
Through the use of this pivotal manager acting as an independent entrepreneur, the customer is assured of complete awareness and responsiveness to his needs and a tireless watchdog over all aspects of Jabil Circuit, Inc.'s performance for the customer;
8 years or more working experience in electronic manufacturing in which 3 to 5 years in managerial positions (preferably in multinational companies), exposure in EMS industry is an advantage;
University degree in Engineering or business, MBA degree preferred;
Possess business, operations, and financial skills to run a business unit independently;
Possess strong management and interpersonal skills. A leader and strategic thinker;
Self-initiative and possess strong entrepreneurial skill;
Excellent command of English or Japanese with computer literacy.
