职位描述及要求
Assist the Business Unit Manager in formulation and implementing Business plans and to ensure that business unit goals are met;
To undertake planning and execution of production and distribution plans to meet customer’s requirements for product quality and delivery timeliness;
Bachelor degree or above in business management, engineering. Master degrees in business or finance preferred;
At least 5 years experience in electronic manufacturing in which 2 years in managerial positions. Working experience in multinational companies and exposure in EMS industry are advantages;
Strong project Management;
Solid knowledge in operational elements of electronic manufacturing;
Excellent command of English or Japanese (oral & written).
