职位描述及要求
Provide leadership in all aspects of commodity management;
Drive the implementation of cost modeling within the metals supply base to drive best in class metals pricing;
Change management, drive the required organizational and supply chain changes needed to meet Jabil’s growth plans and leverage the supply base and resources throughout the region;
Play a key role in the negotiation of the supplier / purchaser relationship;
Be expert, internally & externally, on Jabil’s supply chain strategy;
Ensure the development of the supply base to exceed the goals and objectives of Jabil and the supply chain management team;
Demonstrate a level of expertise within metals technology, be expert in at least 2 of the metals technology processes like Sheet Metal Fabrication & Stamping, Machining & precision machining, Casting, Extrusion;
Min 10 years operational and commercial experience within the metals industry;
Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Business Administration; MBA is preferred;
Experience in people management and strong management skills;
Proven contract / commercial negotiation skills;
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
