职位描述及要求
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent; 5 years or above working experience in automotive electronic product testing field (Japanese Company is preferred); at least 2 years of supervisory experience is a must;
Knowledge of various levels of testing (ICT, Functional, AOI) and of the entire process flow for PCB integration and System Integration;
Knowledge of electronics hardware (Computers, Networking, Optics, RF, Power, DSP) and computer software (Assembly, C, LabWindows/CVI, LabView, Database) are preferred;
Hold experience on automotive product, eg. safety air bag trigger system, control panel for driving information (such as oil level, water temperature etc), air condition control panel;
Strong capability on communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management;
Good command of written and oral Japanese;
Ability to work and travel based on specific job requirement.
