职位描述及要求
Project Manager / Engineer
Responsibility
1、Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2、Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
3、Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
4、Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
5、Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
6、Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
7、acilitates team and client meetings effectively.
8、Holds regular status meetings with project team.
9、Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
10、Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
11、Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.

Qualification
1、Two or more years experience in the Project Manager role for multiple projects.
2、Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong technology background and major in Engineering / English is preferred
3、Experience of managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects.
4、Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or groups.
5、Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills.

6、Good command of English language-written, spoken and reading
7、Ability to plan, monitor and resource projects flexible.
8、EMS, SMT, Supply Chain background is a plus
