职位描述及要求
Broad Function
To provide full function HR support to commercial team including recruitment, communciation, compensation, training & development and performance management

Responsibilities:
7. Communicate with function leaders and related co-workers, understand business needs from HR work , and execute related HR projects/plans to support organizational needs for change and development;
8. Manage & Track national staffing status and make sure the hiring cost, progress and hiring quality is in accordance to the budget and business plans;
9. Based upon annual employee C&B budget, work with business functions to make staffing plan, employee change and development plan;
10. Build relationship with search firms to recruit senior to managerial positions;
11. As HR Generalist for responsible business functions, handle the daily HR generalist work and support HR operations and projects in country level or regional level.

Requirement
1. Bachelor and above education background;
2. 6 years related working experience in staffing and HR Generalist positions;
3. Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills;
4. Can analyze business needs and provide right HR solution to complex business issues;
5. Good initiative and leadership to handle cross-functional projects & trouble shooting;
6. Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
