A Germany company:

Primary Objective :
1.Understand Digital and or RF basics
2.Know how to use Microsoft office a must
3.Must be able to read schematics a must
4.Have an understanding of test equipment and it’s use in many technologies
5.Have software and or hardware back ground
6.Excellent control capability in the life-time of development
7.Continuous improvement for the development project till EOL
8.Have experience with the following: WiMax, GSM, CDMA, WLAN, Router, Net work Switches, Power supplies, Base Stations, Consumer Switches, Semiconductor products, VoIP Products, ICT development or mobile phones: (All is a PLUS Must have some)
9. Must be able to support the engineering staff with development solutions
10. Must be able to manage project from a technical stand point
11. Must be able to interface with customer on DTF, customer requirements
12. Must be able to generate proposals with represent cost effective and high quality to the customer
13. Must be able to work as a team with manufacturing, design, and test development
14. Must show leader ship skills
15. Must be able to drive the engineering team you are responsible for
16. Must ensure all schedules are met
17. Must work very well with the project manager to ensure the customer internal or external is please with the service and product Flex Test Asia delivers
18. Must always make sure the test systems are designed with quality and cost in mind. Quality first then cost.
19.Network products development

Major Accountabilities :
(The incumbent has the responsibility and authority to make decision)
1.Lead the engineering Team
- Provide Test development solution to customer and to the development team
- Hardware development
- Definition specification and document for test
- Define all hardware equipment for many technologies
- Have a very in-depth understanding of Test solutions
- Professional Attitude
- Technical Support for the development team
- Lead by example
- Manage project form a technical stand point
- Very good knowledge of test equipment and their uses
- Research new ways to develop test solutions
- Must be able to design test systems with tight schedules
2.Excellent control capability in the life-time of development
- Meet development schedules
- Work as a team player
- Take on sub-projects with little or no assistants
3.Continuous improvement for the development project till EOL
- control the test service status on production line
- define continuous improvement schedule for test service
- quick response to production problem
4.Complies with company policies and procedure
- Implement QS9000 procedures
- Support company culture
- Participate in quality improvement and cost improvement activities
5.Special assignment as needed
6.EE Degree plus 8 to 10 years or Master degree and 8 year’s experience. Must have experience at technically managing development engineers
