I.Job Description/Responsibilities
-Understand and analyze new and potential customer requirement, expectations, and IT processes and tools.
-Articulate available company IT tools, estimated timelines, and cost budgets.
-Project manage customer requirement to fulfillment and seamless integration
-Act as primary escalation/contact point for new, potential and existing customer.
-Coordinate with various programs, depts., regional and corporate resources in matrix organization to achieve company/customer objectives.

II.Job Requirements/Qualifications
-Degree in Computer Science or related IT disciplines.
-Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience in manufacturing environment.
-Good ERP process and application knowledge
-Have experience interacting and working directly with customers
-Good presentation & communication skills in English and Mandarin.
