职位描述及要求



Responsibility:
1.Responsible for providing the final project plan, including project life cycle model, project milestone, workload and resources, project resource plan, and final project plan; Responsible for preparing the project kicking off meeting materials, and the project kick off meeting, defining the methodologies, identifying the customer’s detail requirements, and confirming of the final customer requirements;
2.Responsible for the production going live and post production support
3.Participate in gathering customer requirements, collecting client’s high-level requirements, answering client’s questions, defining the project budget plan, setting up the project team, analyzing and assessing the change request.
4.Participate in the project proposal drafting, including providing tech support for the bidding meetings.
5.Participate in the resource fulfillment, and the resource management
6.Responsible for the team building
7.Responsible for customer relationship managerment and be awareness of the result of the customer satisfaction survey.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor‘s degree in Business fields, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
2.At least 3+ years experience as a project manager in ERP products in IT or IT Outsourcing industry.
3.Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English;
4.Extensive IT project management experiences; Excellent planning and problem solving skills; Excellent in daily operation management skills.
5.Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and across diverse cultures; Ability to manage progressive change. Self-directed, motivated individual with a team player mentality.
