职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
Working closing with the UK and US BPM engineering teams to build a successful ODC team.
From scratch locate, interview and recruit a team of 8 developer by the end of 2007 to transition engineering work from the US and UK development centres into the ODC.
To plan, manage and support the team such that initially the can take on support and maintenance functions, dealing directly with support team around the world. Later managing new functionality engineering projects on components within the iProcess Suite.
The role will involve day to day management of initially up to 8 engineers and working will the local QA manager as well as co-ordinating with the US and UK development team. Scheduling work for the individually engineers and planning upcoming tasks.
As the Technical Team leader on site you will be expected to lead the team technically and provide help and guidance to team members when they need it, as well as channelling communications through to the other development centres.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent
Strong Technical team leadership skills with experience of working remotely.
Proven ability to manage a team of 8-15 people.
Strong development background and technical skills, including:-C/C++ or JAVA
Unix or Windows operating systems
Strong RDBMS-Oracle or SQLServer
Experience working on diverse and large products and having to understand large areas of those products.
Very good communication skills, good English essential
Some knowledge of the BPM space and technologies
Be Self Managing/motivating
Have a minimum of four years experience.
Be willing to travel to both the UK and/or US on a regular basis (roughly every 2 months)
