职位描述及要求



Key responsibilities:
1. Works with local suppliers for new packaging material development. Study new process and technology that can support new packaging ideas.
2. Prepares and reviews engineering standards, specification and process sheets.
3. Initiates and develops effective and lean manufacturing processes for new packaging products including business flow and supplier process.
4. Provides engineering services such as feasibility study, cost estimation, time-study, new process and material evaluation.
5. Plans and coordinates improvement program after new product launch – cost saving, quality improvement, scrap reduction, production efficiency, environmental concern.
6. Develops capital budget and spending plan and prepares Capital Expenditure Request to provide operating departments with capital equipment necessary for production and cost improvement program requirements.

Requirements:
1.B.A. or equivalent in Industrial/ Production/ Mechanical Engineering.
2.Good written & oral English.
3.Good project management skill, teamwork player and communication skill.
4.At least 8 years working experience and 3 yeas supervisory position
