| 职位描述及要求 | |
Job description: 1.General management of Homecare R&D activity and project management of key development projects for Aircare, Pest and Polish categories. Creative and technical design input for device projects and innovation scouting for applicable technologies. 2.Responsible for the Homecare R&D activity, NPD project management, design / development, implementation of Homecare device projects, local innovation scouting for suitable technologies and delivery systems. Ensuring the achievement of assigned NPD projects from conception through to mass production working with Marketing, R&D formulation, Supply and Eng Tech. 3.Management of the staff and activities for Homecare R&D 4.Project Management of NPD projects from conception through to mass production. This includes ownership of project timelines (CPA), COGs, quality, resource and budget. 5.Communication with R&D formulation, Marketing, Supply Packaging, Eng Tech, Suppliers and External Agencies to deliver assigned projects by meeting performances, regulatory and supply constraints. Also updating the business (management) on progress. 6.Participate in the identification of new innovation projects and ideas. 7.Contribute to the composition of development brief’s, specifically in the preparation of technical content and constraints. 8.Development of device and electronic layout proposals in line with category, COGs, quality and manufacturing requirements. 9.To specify and oversee test and approval protocols, control plans and full device specifications, ensuring that the testing facility is properly equipped and utilised. 10.To live the company’s core values of Achievement, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Commitment. 11.Seek to protect technical invention via patenting when ever possible. 12.Management of NPD projects within timescale / budget constraints and aligned with category, PDB and Success Criteria requirements. 13.Proposing and developing device layouts, electronic solutions and testing protocol which meet the category requirements whilst being within COGs targets and manufacturable. 14.Working with external manufacturers to develop new technologies and delivery systems applicable to the Homecare category. Requirements: 1.Proven track record of man management and facility development. 2.Technical project management (able to fulfil the role of Technical Project Leader for Top 20 projects). 3.Industrial design ability and a detailed understanding of packaging technologies 4.An appreciation of Injection Moulding and Material forming technology. 5.Minimum 5 year relevant experience and proven track record of success in electronic (mains and battery powered) device design and development, ideally in a manufacturing environment. 6.Basic understanding of quality tools including AQL’s, CPK analysis and SPC 7.Track record of delivery, goal oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines. 8.Negotiating skills, able to align the different interests of internal parties, R&D, Category Marketing, Procurement and External Manufacturers. 9.Understand design constrains for effective transfer into mass production. Creation of manufacturing documentation including process / assembly flow charts, WI, ACP and specifications. 10.Ability to build relationships with international third parties (specifically design agencies, the factories and contract manufacturers). 11.Understanding of tool making and the key cost drivers in part and tool design. 12.Strong communication and persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral in English, and fluency in local languages advantageous. 13.Basic knowledge of financial measures used to drive the business and an interest in the financial aspects of NPD projects (Capex, COGS, P&L etc). 14.Flexible to travel (internationally) at short notice for periods of up to 3 weeks. 15.In line with company core values, be achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件),以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至utar2008@126.com。 |
