Medicine/Medical/Electornic Field

Requirements:
- Medical/Nursing/Medicine/Electronic bachelor degree
- 4 years‘ sales managementy experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry/Electronic industry
- 4 years‘ training experience
- excellent communication skill
- good English communication skill ( spoken & written)

Responsibility:
- Identify the current and potential training needs according to the business direction;
- Organize and manage training programs within China in order to ensure that people gain and develop the skills needed to enable them to carry out their jobs efficiently and effectively;
- Devise and co-ordinate training programs which address the organization‘s current and future needs. Personally conduct training if necessary;
- Liaising with other managers to identify training needs, and drawing up an overall training plan to meet these within budgetary constraints;
- In charge of the ongoing development of staffs to enable them to maintain appropriate skills and motivation and to fulfil their potential within the organization. This will include managing regular staff appraisals and reviews;
