Responsibilities:

Lead the tooling functions to ensure that the mold design and fabrication are carried out in accordance with specified requirements
----领导模具部门确保根据客户要求实施模具设计和制造

-Participates in the contact and design review meetings and approve changes to
----参与沟通和设计会议，并对需修改的方案批准改动

-Oversee the coordination of FA samples approval with the customers
----检查样品是否与客户需求符合

-Determines the application of relevant statistical techniques and identify parameter to be controlled and implemented
----决定相关统计技术的实施，区别相关参数

-Liaise with customers on mold fabrication
----就模具制作与客户保持密切联系

At least 8 years of relevant experience in mold making industry
----在模具制作行业至少8年经验

-Teamplayer and good communication skills.
----团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力
