职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
-Establishing a core cross-functional team within the organization to support the deployment project.
-Establishing the needs of the organization through maturity assessments, business requirements analysis, VOC (Voice of the Customer) surveys, competency assessments etc
-Establishing and defining clearly the Project Charter, Scope, Objectives and Project Controls for the deployment
-Obtaining sponsor/Stakeholder sign-off of the Project Charter and Scope to ensure the complete alignment with the sponsor/stakeholder requirements and the allocation of appropriate resources and funds to enable successful delivery of the deployment program.
-Aligning the deployment team performance with the project Charter, Scope and Objectives
-Lead & facilitate the team through the project planning process to create an effective project management plan which will include at minimum the schedule, cost analysis and budget, Quality plan, Risk management plan, Resource plan, Human Resource, procurement plan.
-Lead & Facilitate the project team through the execution of the Project Management Plan
-Ensure there is a clear plan for communication, escalation and reporting to project sponsors/Stakeholders
-Monitor and Control of Project performance
-Timely resolution of any issues that may affect the performance of the project
-Through effective change management process; evaluate, approve and control any changes to the Project Management Plan and associated documents and sub-plans
-Mentor all employees undergoing the learning and development program including the employees in the Career Acceleration program (CAP)
-Religiously support the Continuous Improvement philosophy by providing expert input and lessons learned to improve all aspects of Project Management Process and the deployment initiative


COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
-BSc/MSc in Scientific/Engineering/Technical Discipline
-PMP(Project Management Professional) certification provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI?
-Minimum of 5yrs of experience in Project Management with a proven record of success
-Experience and working knowledge of project management supporting software tools/solutions
-Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization
-Demonstrates sound leadership capabilities in line with the Leadership traits
-Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
-Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g.. coaching, motivating, Conflict management)
-Strong team building & leadership skills with the ability to build commitment and intense collaboration within the team
-Strong Proficiency in Cost Management
-Committed to driving a Culture of Continuous Improvement
-Passionate Customer Service Orientation
-Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility and a Relentless drive to ensure project success
-Knowledge and proficiency in problem solving processes and techniques
-Strong communication skills (verbally, listening and writing)
