职位描述及要求

responsibilities:
1. Strong technical knowledge on SMT process and very hands on SMT problem solving.
2. Familiar with SMT line setup, SMT tooling, fixture design and fabrication.
3. Able to perform SMT equipment evaluation, equipment troubleshoot and maintenance.
4. Responsible for overall NPI activities and provide DFM inputs.
5. Communicate internally and externally with engineering team and customer to meet their requirement.
6. Perform manufacturing process capability study, production capacity analysis.
7. Good understanding about production line layout, setup and qualification.
8. Outline and release work instruction, engineering related procedures.
9. Responsible for BOM setup and ECO implementation.
10. Build and retain highly motivated engineering team to pursuing engineering excellence.
11. Lead SMT process team to provide daily support to production line.
12. Drive engineering team to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assigned.
13.Prepare engineering manpower planning and budget base on business needs.
14.Define JD of all positions in department, such as process engineer, technicians…
15. Evaluate staff performance and prepare yearly appraisal to direct reports. Set improvement plan for staffs while it‘s needed
16. Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal
17. Drive engineering team to looking for cost reduction opportunities and have cost saving through continues process improvement.

Requirements:
1. Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. 5 to 8 years working experience in SMT related manufacturing environment.
3. Experience in 6 sigma and Lean manufacturing will be plus
Fluent spoken English required.
4. Candidate who worked in EMS companies (SLC, CLS, Jabil etc…) is preferred.
5. Mature, self discipline, initiative and believe in leading by example.
