职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
- Join a growing team of change leaders (Master Black Belts, Kaizen Sensei, and Business Transformation Specialists) in their support to the Business Transformation strategic initiatives. Including the deployment of the Lean Six Sigma program.
- This position is highly visible and dynamic in the organization. It requires a person who is enthusiastic and tenacious, as well as professional and articulate. The incumbent must be able to motivate and direct cross-functional teams to desired result through skillful application of Lean Six Sigma methodology. In addition, the position requires mentoring of Green Belts and Sponsors in application of lean and six sigma tool, technique, and principles.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, in which, at least 5 years in a Lean and Six Sigma focused role.
- Formal Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification required.
Advanced project management and business / continuous process improvement trained.
- Demonstrated experience as a Lean Sigma Black Belts with a strong track record of delivering projects.
- Experience training and mentoring Green Belts through projects.
- Applicant should have experience with the deployment of change management and/or process improvement; developing and presenting formal presentations to senior leadership; facilitating work groups; and training Lean and Six Sigma tools & techniques.
