Requirements:
1. College or higher graduated
2. Mechanical knowledge background prefered
3. 3 years of working experience, experience of time management is prefered
4. Good command of English, level 4 is necessary
5. Team work oriented

Job Descriptions:
1. Analyze manufacturing/assembly processes
2. Revise the existing work instructions regarding production time for each part and product
3. Make proposals to optimize production/assembly processes
4. Find ways to increase productivity/utilization of existing equipment
5. Make proposals about a new/better wage calculation system
