职位描述及要求



Requirements:
1. PhD or Master in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with the focus on production and logistics
2. Practical experience in the implementation of lean production related projects
3. Strong character and good team-work capability
4. Fluent English in speaking and writing, German as a plus
Job Descriptions:
1. Design of Lean production/BPS processes in manufacturing regarding improvement of production efficiency
2. Planning and execution of lean production/BPS-project together with other Dept.
3. Training of collaborators in lean production/BPS-principles
4. Project coordination, supervision and advisor to project teams
5. Implementation of lean production/BPS-standards
6. Lean Management know-how transfer to management and other dept.
