职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing day to day operations and core functions of an operational site in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence
Principle Accountabilities:
- Establish Operational objectives and assignments
- Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives.
- Meet with Executive Leadership at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI’s
- Respond to customer escalations
- Coordinate quarterly business reviews with key customers
- Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
- Direct and control the activities of the functional area through several senior leaders
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
- Maintain and modify training programs
- Develop and qualify required supplier for raw material, tooling, support services, and secondary processes

Required Skill:
- Fluent Oral English and Mandarin language skills
- Basic or advanced understanding of CNC machining processes
- Engineering background
- Understanding of metrology and GD&T
