职位描述及要求



Responsibilities:
- Handle daily tasks and timely report to Operation Director and GM when necessary
- Establish and maintain an efficient and flexible production system
- Assure achievement of production KPI in terms of quantity, quality and cost targets
- Active participation in continuous quality improvements
- Timely review the production situation, find improvement and saving opportunities (efficiency, cycle time, quality, space, etc.)
- Take assertive responsibility for environmental and safety issues

Qualifications:
- 8+ years working experience in manufacturing, and 3+ years as Production Manager in high product variance with low volume manufacturing
- Possess good managing, organizational skills and team building skill
- Knowledge and practice on lean, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
- Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking
