职位描述及要求



Main Responsibilities:
1. Overall manage production team and equipment team to fulfil the required targets;
2. Be responsible of the efficiency, quality, cost, and safety of the production to meet the company’s target;
3．Conduct related incentive program; work out the training plan for the employees and implement it.
4．Monitor the materials and logistic, ensure the production operate smoothly, control and improve the production scrap rate;
5．Monitor and implement the standardize management for the production, make sure the manufacturing capacity meet the requirement of the production;;
6．Find and use the advanced manufacturing technology, equipment and fixture in the production to upgrade the manufacturing ability，reduce the manufacturing cost ;
7.Follow up the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement from the marketing.
8．Focus on the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, find and raise the improvement project, and monitor the implementation.
9．Be responsible of the maintenance and management for the factory facility, ensure the safety and smooth operation.
10.Preferable with working experience in “Lean Manufacturing” and “Cell-line” planning and implementation

Qualifications:
1.Degree holder or above in Mechanical or Industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
2. At least 8 years working experience, be familiar with the management skills of IE and project, and must be problem-solving and resultant-oriented.
4.Good interpersonal and communication skill, initiative and able to work under pressure.
5． Good command of written and spoken English, Good computer skills.

Experience:
1. At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
2. Have excellent work experience about the management of the industry and product engineering;
3. Have the experiences of Plant Maintenance Management
4. Excellent technique in people management, good leadership skill...etc.
5.Have the related work experience in international company will be preferred.
