职位描述及要求



Job description:
1.Technical design input to, and management of, device development projects for Aircare, Pest and Polish categories manufactured in China.
2.Project Management of NPD projects from conception through to mass production. This includes ownership of project timelines (CPA), COGs, quality, resource and budget.
3. Communication with R&D formulation, Marketing, Supply Packaging, Eng Tech, Suppliers and External Agencies to deliver assigned projects by meeting performances, regulatory and supply constraints. Also updating the business (management) on progress.
4.Development of device and electronic layout proposals in line with category, COGs, quality and manufacturing requirements.
5.To specify and oversee test and approval protocols, control plans and full device specifications.
6.To live the company’s core values of Achievement, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Commitment.
Requirements:
1.Proven track record of technical project management for devices containing basic electronics.
2.Minimum 2 year relevant experience and proven track record of success in device design and development, in a manufacturing environment.
3.Understanding of packaging technologies, a solid appreciation of Injection Moulding and Material forming technology. An appreciation of electronics and power management.
4.Track record of delivery, goal oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.
5.Understand constrains for effective transfer into mass production. Creation of manufacturing documentation including process / assembly flow charts, WI, ACP and specifications.
6.Creative and positive attitude, overcomes obstacles, good at problem solving.
7.Strong communication and persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral in English. The business language in the company is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous.
8.Works effectively in multifunctional teams, promotes team effort, builds relationships, and gets buy-in from colleagues.
9.Flexible to travel (internationally) at short notice for periods of up to 3 weeks. The company is a global business, candidates should be open to relocate internationally for career development and challenge.
