职位描述及要求



Job description:
1.Manage and oversee the global sourcing, strategic plans and supplies chain related policies, procedures, protocols and projects of either one of the below commodities:
(a) Raw Materials including steel, copper, plastic, chemical, etc.
(b) Indirect Materials including logistics and warehousing, MRO, machinery & toolings, and procurement related to I.T. and Telecom aspects
2.Establish, accomplish and review stable and reliable supply bases as well as the relevant commodities targets in which both financial &non-financial objectives covered
3.Collaborate resources within all interrelated functions as to address business development, changes and fluctuations

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management /Procurement / Engineering / Business or related discipline
2.Minimum 8 years’ working experience in commodities management with a global understanding
3.High level of communication and analytical skills with strong sense of leadership and accountability in a multi-disciplinary setting
4.Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
