Requirements:
1. University degree in HR or relevant major
2. 3 years of relevant working experience, HR recruiting experience preferred.
3. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
4. Active, responsible, and ready to drive things
5. Good command of PC skills
6. Team work spirit, willing to work under pressure
7. English excellent in both spoken and written
Job Requirement:
1. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria by using proper recruitment channel
2. Organize HR Fair and do relevant preparation work, keep good relationship and regular contact with high educational institutes
3. Conduct first interview; screen and refer applicants to hiring recommendations; keep interview record and talent pool management; make reports and statistics for recruiting work
4. To assist other HR function
