| 职位描述及要求 | |
Responsibilities: -Has a direct responsibility in providing HR services such as manpower planning, budgeting, performance management & appraisal, recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, rewards management, succession planning, learning & development, employee communication & services etc; -Updates and provides feedback to management on staff issues & concerns so as to resolve any potential problems a.s.a.p.; -Develops and maintain close rapport and relationship with relevant local governments, authorities, manpower agencies, social insurance agencies, headhunters, HR service providers, consultants, HR network group; -The position also covers general administration and office management. To fulfil the role, the incumbent is required to manage and work closely with the Admin teams to roll out office initiatives such as office renovation, space planning & allocation, office purchase and front desk services and management are key to build up the corporate images; -Office and plant security: work closely with all departments and plants to ensure high safety and security within the organization. Requirements: *Professional Qualifications -Degree in any discipline with at least 12 years relevant experience. At least 5 years at senior managerial level preferably from MNC environment; -Post graduate degree / diploma in HR management & development or equivalent; -Incumbent must be familiar with China labour practices and legislation; -Preferably has specialised training and exposure in HRM/HRD principles, such as competency-based HR management, performance management systems etc; -Strong management ability and know-how. *Skills & Knowledge -Effective communication, organizational and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills; -Ability to speak & write good English & Chinese; -Strong competencies in C&B, performance management and talent acquisition, management & development; -Resourceful and have good insight and appreciation of HRM and HRD; -Ability to lead and inspire the HR team; has demonstrated effective leadership & people management; -Independent and a self-starter with a strong resolve and confident outlook. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件),以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至boyiqiye668@yahoo.com.cn。 |
