职位描述及要求



Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities of EHS function in Asian, including the system establishment, related policy or guideline composing & formulating, supervise or direct the regional EHS function operating etc.
Deployment of Asian Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
Continuously improve the EHS culture, EHS awareness and accountability systems.
Lead deployment of Plant Risk Assessment and control plans development within the site.
Develops and deploys EHS procedures, training, internal and external communications in concert with Corporate and Regional policy/procedures and regulatory requirements.
Direct and supports incident investigation activities, root cause analysis, corrective action identification and closure. Works closely with leaders to measure and communicate EHS performance. Monitors trends and champions injury/illness reduction. Directs the organization in management of emergency conditions and containment actions.
Leads and participates in EHS inspections, selfassessments and audits. Presents findings to management and prepares applicable reports. Tracks corrective actions to closure.
Implements environmental management processes, including management of chemicals/oils, wastes, and pollution prevention.
Coordinates industrial hygiene programs, exposure assessments, and works closely with management team to assure implementation of medical surveillance requirements.
Implements EHS risk review and contractor management processes. Serves as liaison with thirdparty vendors and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical engineering, chemistry, industrial hygiene, safety or equivalent.
More than 8 years of manufacturing, supervisory and managerial experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training. Experience with security operations is a plus.
Thorough knowledge and training for waste disposal requirements.
Detailed comprehension of industry/state/local specific environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Thorough knowledge and training for Hazard Materials Handling and Emergency Response requirements.
Thorough knowledge and training for EHS systems development and deployment. Knowing well ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000.
Ability to direct and lead crossfunctional process improvement teams.
Ability to identify multiple cost effective options to address EHS matters.
Experience with communicating with regulatory agencies.
Fluent English both in oral and written.
