职位描述及要求



Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring components are available in the market on time, to the required specification and at the right price and quality.
Develop and manage a supply chain process from initial customer demand NPI, order desk planning, MPS, procurement through upstream supply chain partners, through distribution channels and onwards to end-user to support multiple customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) as required.
Ensure integrity for all aspects of the supply chain, covering quality, security, financial and environmental compliance.
Contribute and collaborate with Global Procurement to negotiate and establish contracts for preferred suppliers.
Collaborate and support Business development/ Account Management.
Develop customer focused organizational approach and install dedicated resources.
Responsible to set up a management structure, as NPI, Purchasing, SSCM, Customer Order Desk, MPS-Planning, Tactical Procurement, Supply Quality Assurance, In & Outbound Logistics, Customs & Trade, Warehousing.
Responsible to provide continuous training to the team to assure right level of skills and knowledge.
Issue regular reporting to site mgmt team, corporate and WW-materials on materials metrics and agreed initiatives.
Fully apply IRP to avoid materials gets bought from 3rd party if already available.

Education & Experience:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or similar disciplines e.g. APICS certified CPIM.
Min. 3 years exp. senior management role that familiar with materials, supply chain & business management, supplier & customer network and empathy.
Have recognized professional and leadership skills in the field of Supply Chain Management, include Purchasing, NPP, NPI/Sourcing, Pricing, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Supply Quality Assurance, Order Management, Supplier& Customer Management.
Well know financial processes and interconnectivity of supply chain financial performance.
Good knowledge of Quality management systems and ISO 9000; Lean & Six Sigma certification.
Excellent in English and Mandarin.
