职位描述及要求



The goal of this project is to build a development team starting with the Lead Developer to meet an ever increasing level of customizations requested by our existing and new customers in the Asia Pacific region.
Scope of Work Activities
E-Notebook Enterprise customization work to include:
-E-Notebook Client/Mid Tier and Oracle DB-Tier customization work
-Offsite customer project focused custom development work
-Offsite bug fixing and resolution of QA issues.
-Update / Create documentation assets as needed
Skills and Competencies
Required
-Minimum of 8 years software development experience in all languages, platforms and capacities.
-Solid MS based programming skills - including Visual Studio, VB, C++, COM/DCOM, C#, ASP, Webservices development experience
-Strong knowledge of MS architecture - Windows 2000 Server / 2003 Server, IIS
-Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience essential. Demonstrated knowledge of RDBMS design and development, practices, and administration is also required.
-Working knowledge of Enterprise security including LDAP, Active Directory.
-Individual must be comfortable with a rapid application development timeframe.
-Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
-Superior Japanese literacy skill preferred
-Self-starter, attention to detail
-Flexibility to train in MA, US
Training and Orientation
-Training in the US for a period of 4 weeks for familiarization with Enterprise Solutions and services processes.
