职位描述及要求



Job Description and Responsibilities
1. responsible of the operations of the quality department located
2. mainly checking of high precision mech components at suppliers workshop and assembling operations
3. manage the quality team located
4. understand and implement the quality procedures issued by the mother company
5. full analysis of quality problems and comunication with other dept to improve manuf suppliers processes and assembling
6. training of quality dept staff
7. support sourcing department to find appropriate suppliers

Qualifications
1. 30-35years old
2. good oral and written english preferred
3. graduated in mechanincal engineering major preferred machines tools- manufacturing and or quality
4. minimum 4 years proven direct experience in quality checking high precision mechanical components
5. 3 years exposure to manufacturing --- knows main technological manufacturing processes
6. familiar with cnc machine tools and related processes ( cnc lathes -turning boring milling grinding.
7. 2 years experience in design department preferred ( design of industrial machinery such us presses-mach tools etcc.)
8. proven successful experience in managing working teams
9. 3 years working experience in multinational company
10. active dynamic and highly comunicative goal oriented team spirit
11. must be able to work in an integrated dynamic enviroment
