Job description and responsibilities
1.implement actual manufacturing processing at subsuppliers plant
2.analysis of production methods used by subsuppliers
3.evaluation of processing cycles and related cost analisys
4.improve present subsuppliers manufacturing processes
5.design new manufacturing processing choose tooling use cam software to prepare cnc programs
6.will regularly visit subsuppliers located in south and central china and monitor improve
7.the manufacturing process
8.interface to european headquarters production and quality dept give technical support to local
9.manuf and purchase dept to choose and manage the subsuppliers
10.manage the team located in foshan
Qualifications
1.30-35 years old
2.graduated in mechanical engineering preferred major in manufacturing
3.minimum 3 years experience in designing manufacturing processes of high precision
4.mechanical components using cnc machine tools
5.2 years cnc programming and production in workshop enviroment
6.2 years proven working experience using cam system to work out cnc machine tools
7.programs ( turning milling boring )
8.preferred one two years working experience in quality dept checking high precision mech components
9.3 years working experience in production dept of multinational company
10.strong knowledge of tooling and fixtures lathes -milling boring and grinding machines
11.familiarity with main quality processing in checking mechanical high precision components
12.interact with the prodution department of subsuppliers
13.must be able to work in an integrated dynamic enviroment
14.active dynamic and comunicative team spirit and goal oriented
