职位描述及要求



Responsibilities
Work with end users and cross functional teams to understand business problem and requirements with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10.2.
Analyze internal processes/transactions, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend changes to automate the current processes to optimize efficiency.
Setup Oracle Sales Order Management, Shipping and related modules to meet business requirements.
Review of customizations and identification of fixes required.
Perform day-to-day support functions.
Participate in team status meetings as needed.
Ensure timelines are met.
Comply with Co. standard procedures, formats, tools, etc.
Identify opportunities for process and policy improvement.

Requirements:
2+ years functional experience with Oracle Order Management, Shipping and Inventory modules.
Multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Oracle 11.5.10 or later.
Ability to take initiative, drive business requirements from initial phase through project go live, and escalate where necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a MUST.
Ability to collaborate with IT team in composing Functional Design Requirements for a given project.
Good Team Player.
Project Management Skills a plus.
Bachelors Degree.
