职位描述及要求



Job description
Lead the SAP team in the implementation of HR and other key modules for clients
Supervise application design and architecture components
Supervise process and functional design activities
Create functional requirements as an input to application design
Develope and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
Supervise application build, test, deploy activities, plan and execute data conversion activities
Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels
Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities

Qualifications
5+ years experience implementing HR/othe key modules across Fortune 500 clients
With depth experience implementing and configuring SAP other modules is a plus
Experience with hands-on variant configuration
At least 2 end-to-end implementations and go-lives
2+ years consulting experience are strongly preferred, but corporate implementation experience with team lead or project management responsibilities are also considered
A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree
Good written and verbal English language skills, excellent Communication Skill and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel in China and oversea areas
