Key Areas of Responsibility:

Support and enable the Commercial group‘s strategies by providing expertise on all HR aspects of the business.

Partner with senior-level Commercial leaders, including its executive committee members, to ensure that the Commercial Human Resource strategy, goals and priorities are driven by and aligned with business needs.

Participate in decision-making relating to the people organizational development needs of the organization.

Build and direct the management of all human resources practices for the Commercial function, including Human Resources planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and training.

Lead a high performance team of approximately 10 Human Resources professionals and provide strategic oversight and operational coordination to the team.

Act as senior advisor on employee relations issues and partner with Employee Relations to ensure that ER issues are managed in an efficient, just and timely manner.

Partner with Corporate Staffing and Diversity to develop strategies for recruiting and retaining diverse, top-caliber employees for rapid growth business needs.

Partner with Learning and Organizational Development to evaluate and design organizational development strategies to drive high performance operational transformations.

Partner with Compensation to develop and implement progressive and proactive compensation programs to ensure engagement and recognition through, incentives and rewards.


Requirements:

15+ years broad and progressive HR management or consulting experience in or with organizations recognized for best practices in HR.

Generalist expertise to include demonstrated ability to develop business-aligned strategies and tactical execution of staffing, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, performance management and change management initiatives in rapid growth environments.

Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively address all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to work on a senior leadership team that develops the vision, strategy and annual goals for an organization and sets the standard for collaboration and teamwork.

Personal attributes include flexibility, resourcefulness, creative problem-solving skills and resilience.
