Responsibilities
CM engineer is focused on the software configuration environment issues provide support to software development engineer
Define and Improve Configuration Management Concepts and Process
Maintain software development environment including configuration management, change management and release management
Define workflow of check in for developer and software release
Provide support and training to developers and integrators on all Configuration Management issue
Implement Shell/Perl scripts and tools in Linux/Unix and windows environment
Participate in change management and defect tracking process definition and implementation
Improve software process continually, especially CM process
Accumulate the knowledge and skills about Configuration management, Change management and Release management tools
Investigate new tools in software development life cycle to optimize software development workflow
定义并不断改进配置管理流程；
维护包含配置管理、变更管理的软件开发环境，负责软件的发布；
定义软件变更提交工作流和软件发布工作流；
向开发和集成工程师提供包含培训在内的所有配置管理相关支持；
在Linux/Unix和windows环境下，编写Shell/Perl 脚本工具改进配置管理工作效率；
参与变更管理和缺陷跟踪流程的定义和工具实现；
参与软件流程的持续改进；
积累配置管理、变更管理、软件发布的知识和技巧；
发掘新工具，提高配置管理工作效率；

Requirements
2+ years of build / tool engineering experience (Or equivalent experience in development);
BS/MS degree relative with computing science;
Strong programming and scripting skills in C/C++, Shell, Tcl, CGI/Perl;
Familiar with Unix, Linux, Solaris or Windows;
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills in build / Makefile issues;
Familiarity with software CM systems (E.G. ClearCase) and CM process;
Familiarity with software change & defect management tool (E.G. ClearQuest) and process;
Good teamwork
Self-motivated team player;
计算机相关专业本科以上学历；
两年以上相关工作经验；
较强的程序设计能力C/C++, Shell, Tcl, CGI/Perl；
了解Unix / Solaris / Linux / Windows；
较强的编译问题分析和解决能力；
熟悉配置管理工具(ClearCase)和流程；
熟悉变更和缺陷管理工具(ClearQuest)和流程；
团队精神；
自我激励；
