Responsibilities
Mobile Software System Integrator is responsible for mobile phone software system integration.
-Support software integration planning.
-Monitor and control software integration progress and quality of software baseline.
-Integrate software components and 3rd party release into SW mainline.
-Stabilize SW quality agilely and prevent baseline quality from regression.
-Participate in software CCB.
-Participate in software process and technique improvement.
-Software feature design, development and bug fixing.
软件集成工程师负责软件的系统集成和综合性问题的分析解决工作。
-支持软件集成计划的制定；
-监控软件集成的进度和基线质量；
-软件组件和第三方软件的集成；
-灵活地稳定软件的质量，防止基线的质量恶化；
-参与软件变更管理和缺陷跟踪；
-参与软件流程和技术的持续改进；
-软件特性的设计实现和综合性问题解决；

Requirements
-Bachelor degree in science or engineering is mandatory.
-At least 3 years experience in embedded system development is mandatory.
-Good skills in software programming (C/C++, ASM).
-Good skills in embedded software debugging method and tools, such as TRACE32.
-Good knowledge about software development processes.
-Familiar with MCU architecture, such as ARMV4, ARMV5 and XScale;
-Familiar with RTOS, such as Nuclues, or Open OS, such as WINDOWS mobile and Embedded Linux.
-Experience in mobile phone software development, such as driver, application or protocol stack, is a plus.
-Clear and concise oral and written communication in both English and mandarin.
-Can work independently and take responsibility.
-Proactive and confront attitude.
-Team work spirit.
-理工科本科以上学历；
-3年以上嵌入式系统开发经验，手机开发经验更佳；
-精通程序设计 (C/C++, ASM, JAVA)；
-精通嵌入式软件调试方法和工具，如 TRACE32；
-熟悉软件开发流程；
-熟悉微处理器架构，如ARMV4, ARMV5 和 XScale;
-熟悉RTOS, 如Nucleus, 开放OS, 如WINDOWS mobile或Embedded Linux；
-清晰简洁的中英文交流能力；
-能够独立承担责任和压力；
-积极主动、实事求是；
-团队精神；
