| 职位描述及要求 | |
1. Summary: Plan, direct and coordinates human resources management activities concerning divisions of sales, product development and manufacturing in the Mainland China, to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions. 2. Key Responsibilities: 2.1 To formulate and review the HR policies and procedures for recruitment, placement, orientation, labor contract, compensation & benefits, job appraisal, training & education and regulatory compliance 2.2 To attract, select, and recommend best candidates for line managers by establishing various cost-effective channels and maintaining the company‘s image during efficient searching process 2.3 To organize placement and orientation for new employees to minimize their anxiety and help them to incorporate with the job norm within shortest time 2.4 To analyze and evaluate compensation & benefits policies and prevailing salary structure to establish competitive program that motivates employees properly 2.5 To review and develop the current job appraisal practice to improve performance of individuals and teams within the company 2.6 To develop education & training plan to increase employees‘value-creation activities through improving their competencies 2.7 To enhance the culture construction through organizing employee satisfaction measurement, teambuilding program and socializing activities 2.8 To manage work activities of subordinates relating to personnel and general admin support to the internal customers 2.9 To implement HR strategies with guidance of Corporate/Global Operation HR. 3. Qualifications: 3.1 B.S.
