Key Responsibility
Helping NKA Manager to develop sales strategies, process/tools and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives within the agreed cost levels. Contribute to the formulation of the Sales Plan and develop specific account plans and profiles to maximise coverage, sales, display and distribution objectives
Achieve budgeted sales volumes with the assigned retail customers. Identify sales and merchandizing opportunities at the store level to ensure that sales are maximized for the company and customer.
Responsible for promotion planning and implementation of assigned customers. Develop a partnership with a designated number of Key Accounts and encourage a win/win relationship which optimises all elements of the consumer offering resulting in the achievement of the Customers category objectives
To develop and implement people development program to ensure the BU Key Account team are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement agreed strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor degree with above 3 years related experience in FMCG and 1 years sales team management experience
The ideal candidate will be an experienced KAM from a reputable, consumer product multinational.
Relevant experience will include having helped developed and implemented a strategy enabling significant growth through the Modern Trade channel, inclusive of negotiations and increased profitable revenues.
Formal training in presenting, selling and negotiating skills is preferred.
Good communication skill in English.
