| 职位描述及要求 | |
The Position: Reporting to Regional Sales Director Asia Pacific, help the Regional Sales Director to design and develop strategy on accelerating the growth and development of Modern Trade in China via optimizing Key Account process, tools and capability building. 1. Sales Forecasting -Helping BU to develop sales strategies, process/tools and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives within the agreed cost levels. -Contribute to the formulation of the Sales Plan and develop specific account plans and profiles to maximise coverage, sales, display and distribution objectives -Helping BU to plan and implement agreed growth targets for volume / value with designated Key Accounts 2. Customer Service Satisfaction -Review Key Account performance with designated major accounts on a quarterly basis and ensure they adhere to and achieve targeted coverage at the required frequency and other commitments. -Develop a partnership with a designated number of Key Accounts and encourage a win/win relationship which optimises all elements of the consumer offering resulting in the achievement of the Customers category objectives 3. Staff Development -To develop and implement people development program to ensure the BU Key Account team are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement agreed strategies 4. Best Practice Capability Building -Lead development and transfer of best practice Modern Trade process and tools across the BU -Support the front-line in identifying and prioritizing system inefficiencies, addressing them with quick wins and longer-term projects CANDIDATE PROFILE -Bachelor degree with above 6 years related experience in FMCG and 3 years sales team management experience -The ideal candidate will be an experienced NKAM from a reputable, consumer product multinational. -Relevant experience will include having helped developed and implemented a strategy enabling significant growth through the Modern Trade channel, inclusive of negotiations and increased profitable revenues from the MNA. -Formal training in presenting, selling and negotiating skills is preferred. -Good communication skill in English. 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件),以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至sw@tci-asia.com。 |
