职位描述及要求



JOB SUMMARY:
Position will be responsible for formatting contracts (air / ocean / inland) for the database / online tool. The focus will be to improve visibility to our contract rates and accuracy to our all-in costs. The goal is to provide organizational access to all of our net / net pricing which will allow the users to make fast and intelligent pricing decisions. Works with Pricing, Operations and IT departments

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formatting the contracts (ocean (FCL / LCL), airfreight, inland) for uploading to our database / online tool.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.college and above
2.General knowledge of transportation rates (ocean, air, domestic)
3.General understanding of ocean contract terminology
PREFERRED REQUREMENTS
1.Excel skills should be no less than intermediate; advanced would be preferred
2.Access should be no less than beginner; intermediate would be preferred
3.Transportation industry experience should be no less than a year; 2+ years would be preferred
SKILLS:
good at data processing and quantitative analysis
good at English reading and writing
