职位描述及要求



Job Description:
1. Inspection of product state;
产品状态检查;
2. Prepare products for testing rig (mount required periphery parts);
产品测试准备;
3. Place products in testing rig (using heavy duty crane);
在测试装备的时候地方能使用起重机;
4. Connect to test rig and prepare for test run;
连接到测试装备和准备测试;
5. Run and monitor test run (several stages);
开动和监视测试运转（几个阶段）;
6. Analyse performance on the rig and the data readouts obtained (e,g, vibrations, noise, toothing etc.) ;
分析和读出数据;
7. Alert superiors in case of any abnormalities;
警惕异常情况;
8. Disconnect products and remove peripheral parts;
断开产品和去除外围设备部件;
9. Ensure quality standards in testing procedure and in product performance;
测试程序中确保质量和产品性能;
10. Total productive maintenance of testing rig in collaboration with service personnel;
与维修人员一起测试装备的生产维护;
11. Support and implement optimizations in line with BPS.
支持并执行BPS生产线.

Job Requirement:
1. Previous professional experience on testing rigs, preferably for large mechanical products;
熟悉测试装备，大型机械产品经验者优先考虑;
2. Previous production experience, preferably in testing;
有生产方面的经验，有产品测试经验者优先考虑;
3. Preferably good knowledge in generator gearboxes and/or gearing techniques;
发动机齿轮箱方面的经验或者齿加工技术;
4. Preferably knowledge of English (oral and written) or German;
英文良好（书写）或者会德语;
5. Preferably previous experience using crane for moving heavy parts in production;
使用天车移动大型产品部件;
6. Flexibility to do shift work;
能够适应倒班;
7. Ability to work independently;
能够独立完成工作。
