职位描述及要求
Responsibilities:


※Provide service to customers and support to sales function.


※Provide product & service information to customers.


※ Process orders， follow up on order status， and liaise with our Company's overseas offices/factories to ensure timely shipment of orders.


※Consolidate and maintain sales records， produce statistics and issue relevant reports to various departments.


※Handle customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction with company products and services.


※Assist in all office matters as directed by the company.





Requirements:


※Bachelor degree or above， major in trading is preferred.


※above 3 years relevant working experience in order fill function or sales support function in foreign companies will be a big plus.


※Be professional， mature.


※Good English communication skills both in oral and written.


※New graduates with outstanding record are welcome.
