DELIVERABLE TASK / ACTION / DESCRIPTION KPI Deliver cost effective rollout of high quality stores - Supervise layouts and design development for all projects - Monitor execution and project progress to ensure delivery on time and on budget - Execute post project analysis and automatically incorporate improvement into new projects Project cost Retaining clear brand identity through consistent design execution and construction - At all times be aware of latest design and fixture standard of H+B region (e.g.G4 design manual) - Ensure implementation and compliance in North China with strong consistency - Ensure proper and strong branding of our store entrances and signage in cooperation with property department (landlords) Compliance reports Quality management and Value engineering - Implement quality assurance process that ensures compliance of contractors with our quality standards - Sign off of projects once completed in line with our quality standards - Execute value engineering projects to improve costs for store construction Benchmark sf cost as agreed with Group Execute tendering process - Tender documentation - Ensure a good quality and competitive tender shortlist - Tender recommendation in line with HWL policy - Compliance of contractor to tender docs - Invoice checking process - Integrity of process Price competitiveness Team Development - Build regional construction teams to execute projects on time and within budget - At all times ensure high level of training, motivation and performance with regards to: 1. our quality requirement standards 2. professional execution and project management 3. integrity Semi-annual reviews Experience - China experience, Experience in company with strong branding Personality 1. Excellent communicator (regional offices!) 2. Highly structured, analytical and commercial mind 3.
