Position Description: This position is accountable for delivery operations working with site supply chain & external logistics service suppliers to efficiently execute site inbound & outbound delivery processes. The position performs analysis and monitors delivery trends to drive improvements that add value for us and our customers. The position assures compliance to applicable regulations & Responsible Care requirements. This position selects, trains, develops and motivates direct reorts & indirect supply chain resources (mfg resource counterparts) to ensure consistent attainment of the delivery organizations objectives. Champions & leads key changes initiatives, creates & maintains a portfolio of process improvement projects.
