职位描述及要求



Main Job Responsibility:
-Lead, organize, supervise and coach warehouse team members to successfully complete warehouse routine works as well as to ensure adherence and compliance to work processes and all security, safety and housekeeping rules as directed by the company
-Take primary responsibility to assure the accuracy and timeliness of material receiving and issuing with strict control of FIFO methodology as well as to assure consistency between system records and physical goods to ensure inventory accuracy
-Manage warehouse operation and continuously improve work processes including goods receiving, goods issue, goods storage and delivery, cycle counting to enhance working efficiency, to reduce warehouse cost as well as to meet requirements of internal production and external customers
-Optimise the warehouse layout to efficiently improve warehouse capacity as well as to ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety
-Ensure all the operational reports and records are properly, accurately and punctually submitted and filed as set forth by the company and as required

Job Specification:
-College degree or above major in mechanics, administration, trade or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management function as a supervisor
-Familiar with logistic and warehouse management system; good knowledge of ERP system and knowledge of operation of Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone is a plus
-Leading personalities with a service-minded attitude and strong communication skills
-Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
-Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
-Familiar with MS-Office operation
-Can read English materials
