We are looking for three leaders for our logistics group, they are:
(1) Head of Arrangement and Procurement
(2) Head of Logistics Projects
(3) Head of Physical Logistics

Herewith the detail job description:

(1) Head of Arrangement and Procurement
Job Description
1.Responsible for failure-free material supply to production through arrangement of quantities and schedule; guarantee deliveries in terms of quantities and schedule in critical situations;
2.Correct IT based calculated requirements;
3.Create, check and correct delivery schedules and communicate with suppliers;
4.Define requirements of special parts, changes and customer requests (non-IT based);
5.Check delivery confirmations and supply situation, remind deliveries, monitor material arrivals, handle complaints;
6.Bottle neck management: create measures to ensure supply to production, start internal clarification;
7.Jointly with PUR develop suppliers towards increased delivery performance.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in Logistics or Supply chain Management preferred;
2.5 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain in serial production in same industry;
3.Supply chain management experience, esp. in arrangement and procurement;
4.Skills in data analysis and performance measurement;
5.Fluent in English for internal and external communication, German as a plus;
6.Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (preferred: SAP);
7.Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.

(2) Head of Logistics Projects
Job Description
1.Development and implementation of projects to increase plant logistics performance Kanban process, internal/external milkrun with supplier, leveling in production, EDI-process for sales and procurement, optimization of ERP-processed;
2.Support of CLP1-4, interfaces to sales, purchasing, production and IT.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred;
2.3 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain in serial production;
3.Experience in productions system such as BPS, TPS and/or Lean Manufacturing, Transportation strategy development, planning and budgeting experience;
4.Total supply chain management experience, including planning, development and systems implementation, procurement, physical material handling;
5.Skills in data analysis and performance measurement;
6.Fluent in English for internal and external communication, German as a plus;
7.Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (preferred: SAP)
8.Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.

(3) Head of Physical Logistics
Job Description:
1.Responsibility for any kind of activities in goods receiving, internal transport, material provision in warehouse and shipping;
2.Goods receiving organization (goods entry, check of purchase orders, check for damages,document handling);
3.Internal transport organization (Handling of all location internal transportation and repacking requirements foraw material, semi-finished and finished goods, packing material between goods receiving, production, warehouse and shipping);
4.Warehouse organization (warehouse administration, stock-in, stock-out, inventory, and picking);
5.Shipping organization (Handling of all shipping processes domestic and international, documents Handling, customs clearance);
6.Interface to external service provider.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred;
2.5 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain in serial production in same industry;
3.Experience in production system such as BPS, TPS and/or Lean Manufacturing, Transportation strategy development, planning and budgeting experience;
4.Supply chain management experience, esp. in physical material handling; being familiar with freight and Import and Export services;
5.Fluent in English for internal and external communication, German as a plus;
6.Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (preferred: SAP);
7.Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
